چکیده

جهت مطالعه بافت شناسی لوله رحمی گاومیش تعداد 10 دستگاه تناسلی گاو میش بالغ نمونه برداری شد. مطالعه عمومی بافت شناسی با روش هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین انجام شد و روش های رنگ آمیزی اختصاصی به کار گرفته شده به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: ورهاف، تولوئیدین بلو، و PAS. این مطالعه نشان داد که رشته‌های الاستیک در بافت همبند چین‌ها و دیواره لوله رحمی و طبقه عضلانی و همچنین به میزان کم در طبقه سروزی وجود دارد. در مرحله لوتئال بافت پوششی لوله رحمی مخصوصاً در ناحیه آمپول محتوی ترشحات حاوی گلیکوپروتئین یا کربوهیدرات می‌باشد. این نتایج اهمیت ناحیه آمپول را در تغذیه جنین نشان می دهد. این مطالعه نشان داد که ماست‌سل‌ها به تعداد بسیار کم در بافت همبند حضور دارند. دانه‌های متاکروماتیک شبیه ماست‌سل‌ها در سیتوپلاسم سلول‌های پوششی ترشحی اویدکت در مرحله لوتئال مشاهده شد.

For histological study of buffalo's uterine tube, 10 genital organs of adult buffalos were sampled. General histology was taken out by H & E method, and special staining methods that used were respectively Verhoeff, toluidine blue, and PAS. This study revealed that elastic fibers exist in connective tissue of folds and wall of uterine tube and tunica muscularis, and also they exist relatively less in tunica serosa. In luteal phase, epithelium of uterine tube particularly in ampulla contains glycoprotein or carbohydrate secretion. These results revealed the importance of ampulla for primary nutrition of embryo. This study revealed that mast cells were scanty in connective tissue. Mast cell like metachromatic granules observed in cytoplasm of epithelial secretory cells of oviduct in luteal phase.
