بررسی اثر داروی سالینومایسین روی دفع اواوسیست آیمریا در ماکیان از طریق آزمایش مانیتورینگ بستر

چکیده

کوکسیدیوز بیماری انگلی شناخته شده در صنعت طیور در سراسر جهان است. این بیماری باعث ایجاد زیان‌های اقتصادی فراوانی از جمله، کاهش اضافه وزن، افزایش ضریب تبدیل غذایی و مرگ و میر بالا در این صنعت می‌شود. بنابراین، شناخت، پیشگیری، درمان و کنترل این بیماری برای مدیریت مزارع از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از انجام این بررسی، ارزیابی کیفی داروی سالینومایسین بر روی میزان دفع اواوسیست در پولت‌های تخم‌گذار، از طریق مانیتورینگ بستر می‌باشد. برای این منظور جمع‌آوری نمونه بستر با تناوب هفتگی در طول یک دوره پرورشی پولت‌های تخم‌گذار انجام شد. روش مک ماستر جهت تعیین میزان OPG بستر و لام میکرومتری و چشمی مدرج جهت تشخیص گونه‌های آیمریا استفاده شد. در تعیین نوع گونه آیمریا، با توجه به سنجش شاخص‌های مورفومتریک مربوط به 154 اووسیست، چهار گونه از جنس آیمریا شامل Eiemeria acervulina ،Eiemeria tenella ،Eiemeria maxima و Eiemeria necatrix شناسایی شدند که E. maxima بیشترین فراوانی و E. tenella کمترین فراوانی را داشتند. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی کیفی داروی سالینومایسین نشان‌دهنده کاهش دفع اواوسیست و کاهش ضریب اسپورولاسیون در طی رشد پولت‌ها می‌باشد و بیشترین تاثیر بر روی آیمریا تنلا دیده شد. در این مطالعه ارزیابی تاثیر داروی سالینومایسین، روی دفع اواوسیست آلمیریا، برای اولین بار انجام شد.

چکیده [English]

Coccidiosis is well known parasitic disease for the poultry industry worldwide. The disease causes a lot of economic losses by causing poor growth, feed efficiency and high mortality  in the industry. Therefore, taking measures to prevent, diagnose, treat and control it become very important in farm management. The aim of this study is to qualitatively assess the Salinomycin efficacy against oocyte excretion in pullets by litter monitoring. To this end the litter samples were collected weekly during the growth period. Litter’s OPG was measured by McMaster and Eimeria species diagnosed using ocular micrometer and stage micrometer. Species identification carried out by morphometric indices of 154 oocysts. Basen on which four species of the Eimeria were identified, including Eiemeria acervulina, Eiemeria tenella, Eiemeria maxima and Eiemeria necatrix. E. maxima has the highest frequency and E. tenella had the lowest. According to this study Salinomycin prescription leads to the decrease in oocyst excretion and reduce the sporulation rate during pullets’ growth and Eimeria tenella oocysts showed the highest decrease following Salinomycin treatment. In this study, for the first time,  salinomycin efficacy on the oocyst excretion was studied.
