بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف ماکروجلبک جیره (Gracilaria pygmaea) بر برخی شاخص خونی ماهی سی باس آسیایی (Lates calcarifer)

چکیده

تقریبا 300 گونه از جلبک‌‌های دریایی در جنوب ایران شناسایی شده است که در دسته‌‌های جلبک قرمز (Rhodophytes)، جلبک قهوه‌ای (Phaeophytes) و جلبک سبز (Chlorophytes) طبقه‌بندی شده‌اند در بین جلبک‌های دریایی، جنس Gracilaria بدلیل تولیدات بالا و عصاره‌های با ارزش اقتصادی از جمله آگار، یکی از مهمترین جلبک‌ها است. جلبک گراسیلاریا از خانواده گراسیلاریاسه (Gracilariaceae) و رده جلبک‌های قرمز (Rhodophyta) است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی اثر کاربرد پودر جلبک گراسیلاریا به صورت افزودنی در جیره غذایی ماهی سی باس آسیایی (Lates calcarifer) بر پارامتر‌های خونی بود. بدین منظور 120 قطعه ماهی سی‌باس آسیایی با میانگین وزنی 8/1±28 گرم به چهار تیمار و سه تکرار در 12 تانک فایبرگلاس 300 لیتری (10 عدد ماهی به ازای هر تانک) تقسیم شد. تیمار‌های آزمایش بر اساس چهار جیره غذایی هریک به ترتیب حاوی 0، 1.5، 2 و 2.5 درصد پودر جلبک گراسیلاریا به ازا هر کیلو‌گرم غذا تهیه گردید. در پایان آزمایش از سیاهرگ ساقه‌ی دمی ماهیان خون‌گیری انجام و شاخص‌های خونی اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که افزودن ماکروجلبک در جیره غذایی ماهی سی باس آسیایی بر روی فاکتور‌های خونی ماهی شامل هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، گلبول‌های سفید و درصد افتراقی گلبول‌های سفید تاثیر معنی‌داری ندارد.

چکیده [English]

Almost 300 species of marine algae has been identified in south of Iran that they were classified in groups of red algae (Rhodophytes), brown algae (Phaeophytes) and green algae (Chlorophytes). Among seaweed, Gracilaria made due to high production and extraction of economic value such as agar, one of the most important algae. Graclaria algae are Gracilariaceae family and red algae (Rhodophyta) category. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of algae powder as additives in the diet Grasilaria Asian Sea bass (Lates calcarifer) on hematological parameters were. For this purpose, 120 Asian sea bass fish with an average weight of 28 ± 8/1g in 4 treatments and 3 replications in twelve 300-liter fiberglass tanks (10 fish per tank) was divided. The treatments based on each of the four diets containing 0, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 percent algae powder Gracilaria per kg food was prepared. At the end of the experiment the fish tail vein stem collected blood samples and blood parameters were measured. The results of this study indicated that supplementation of the macroalgae didn’t influence the blood parameters including hemoglobin, hematocrit, white blood cells count and differential WBC counts in Asian sea bass.
