آنالیز فیلوژنتیک جدایههای کاپری پاکس ایران طی سالهای 1392-1395
جنس کاپری پاکس ویروس ازخانواده پاکس ویریده شامل سه ویروس آبله گوسفند (SPV)، آبله بز (GPV) و لامپی اسکین (LSDV) میباشد که خسارات اقتصادی مهمی به دامداری در مناطق اندمیک وارد کردهاند. از انجایی که کاپری پاکس ویروسها از لحاظ مورفولوژی و آنتی ژنیکی مشابه هستند، تفریق این ویروسها بر استفاده از روشهای مولکولی متکی است. هدف از این مطالعه تشخیص مولکولی کاپری پاکس ویروسهای ایران براساس آنالیز سکانس ژن همولوگ گیرنده کموکاین میباشد. به این منظور، 16 ایزوله کاپری پاکس شامل 10 ایزوله SPV، 4 ایزوله GPV و 2 ایزوله LSDV از نقاط مختلف ایران که در سالهای 1395-1392 جداسازی شدهاند مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ژن CKR جدایهها با روش PCR تکثیر شد و در وکتور pTZ57R/T کلون گردید. آنها در مقایسه با نمونههای CaPV موجود در بانک دادهها توالییابی شده و آنالیز گردیدند. آنالیز توالی و فیلوژنتیک نشان میدهد که، SPVهای ایران با بیش از 99 درصد تشابه با دیگر SPV های موجود در بانک ژن در یک دسته قرار می گیرند به استثناء SPV عمان. ایزولههای GPV ایران با 99-98 درصد تشابه با دیگر ایزولههای موجود در بانک ژن در یک دسته قرار میگیرند و به علاوه، با ایزولههای GPV هند و بنگلادش پروفایل ژنی مشابهی را نشان میدهند. ایزولههای LSDV ایران 100-99 درصد مشابه دیگر ایزولههای LSDV بانک ژن و در یک دسته قرار گرفتهاند. به طور قطع، براساس آنالیز سکانس ژن CKR ایزولههای SPV، GPV و LSD ایران کاملا متفاوت هستند.

ارزیابی تغلیظ ویروس تب برفکی با استفاده از سیستم کراس فلو (Cross flow)
واکسن تب برفکی از جمله واکسنهای غیرفعال ویروسی است و توانمندی آن به کیفیت آنتیژن٬ میزان غلظت آنتیژن در هر دز واکسن، و یاور بستگی دارد. در این مطالعه برای ارایه بهترین روش تغلیظ آنتیژن، از سه تیپ ویروس تب برفکی شامل A05 ،O و Asia فعال و غیرفعال استفاده شد. ویروسها جداگانه در سلول BHK21 تلقیح شدند و نیمی از هر سوسپانسیون ویروسی با اتیلن ایمین غیر فعال شد. پس از انجام آزمایش بیضرری و اطمینان از غیر فعال شدن کامل ویروسها، از روش فیزیکی اولترافیلتراسیون (سیستم کراس فلو) و روش شیمیایی تیمار با پلی اتیلن گلیکول (6000 PEG) برای تغلیظ ویروسها استفاده شد. بر روی نمونههای تهیه شده از مراحل مختلف، آزمایشهای جذب ویروس بر روی ژل هیدروکسید آلومینیوم، ثبوت مکمل، الایزا، عیارسنجی TCID50، و گرادیان غلظتی سوکروز برای برآورد میزان بازیافت ویروس پس از تغلیظ انجام شد. یافتههای حاصل از این بررسی نشان داد میزان تغلیظ تأثیر قابل توجهی در جذب ویروس توسط ژل هیدروکسید آلومینیوم ندارد و میزان بازیافت در تغلیظ ویروس با استفاده از اولترافیلتر بیشتر از تیمار با PEG است.

بررسی ادجوانتهای مختلف بر روی کارایی واکسن غیرفعال اورنیتو باکتریوم رینو تراکیاله در جوجههای عاری ازپاتوژن بصورت آزمایشی
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر واکسنهای ORT تجربی تهیه شده با ادجوانتهای آلوم پتاسیم، روغن معدنی و ساپونین، جهت بررسی میزان آنتیبادی در سرم خون جوجههای SPF میاشد. واکسنهای غیرفعال ORT با استفاده از از آلوم پتاسیم، ساپونین و روغن معدنی تهیه شد. به هر گروه 15 تایی جوجههای SPF در سن سه هفتگی واکسنهای تهیه شده با ادجوانتهای مختلف تلقیح گردید. یگ گروه 15 تایی از جوجههای SPF در سه هفتگی واکسن تهیه شده با روغن معدنی و واکسن یاداور در 5 هفته بعد از واکسن اول را دریافت کردند. نمونههای خون از جوجهها در مدت زمان آزمایش گرفته شد. میزان آنتیبادی IgG بر علیه ORT در جوجههای SPF با استفاده از آزمایش الیزا طراحی شده در آزمایشگاه اندازهگیری شد. در این مطالعه میزان آنتیبادی در سرم خون جوجههای واکسینه شده بطور معنیداری بالاتر از غیر واکسینه بود. در کل میزان آنتیبادی تولید شده با استفاده از روغن معدنی بطور معنیداری ایمنی بالاتری از واکسنهای تهیه شده با استفاده از ادجوانتهای دیگر بود. بر اساس نتایچ، دو نوبت واکسیناسیون با فاصله پنج هفته ایمنی طولانی تر و موثرتری نسبت به یک بار واکسیناسیون ایجاد میکند. در کل واکسیناسیون در جوجههای SPF در سه هفتگی و واکسن یادآور در هشت هفتگی میتواند روش موثری بر علیه ORT باشد.

ارزیابی عملکرد، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون، پاسخ ایمنی و ریختشناسی روده جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با آبپنیر و پروبیوتیک
آب پنیر از جمله ضایعات صنایع لبنی است که سالیانه حجم زیادی از آن دور ریخته میشود و آلودگی محیط زیست را در پی دارد از همین رو، توجه به این منبع غنی از باکتریهای مفید میتواند کمک بزرگی را به کاهش آلودگی محیطی و استفاده در صنعت دام و طیور را به همره داشته باشد. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثرات آبپنیر و پروبیوتیک تجاری برعملکرد، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون و پاسخ ایمنی جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 250 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه راس 308 به طور مساوی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در 25 واحد آزمایشی شامل 5 تیمار، 5 تکرار توزیع شدند. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل شاهد، آب پنیر(در سه سطح 4، 8 و 10 درصد) و سطح 1/0 درصد مولتی بهسیل 100 (توصیه شده کارخانه) بود. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد افزودن آبپنیر در سطح چهار درصد ضریب تبدیل خوراک را در دوره آغازین و پایانی پرورش کاهش داد (05/0>P). در دوره رشد افزودن چهار و هشت درصد آبپنیر باعث افزایش وزن بدن در مقایسه با سطح 10 درصد آبپنیر شد(05/0>P) در حالیکه در 35 روزگی عیار پادتن علیه گلبولقرمز با افزودن 4 درصد آب پنیر بالاترین و در 42 روزگی سطح 4 و 8 درصد آبپنیر نسبت به شاهد بالاترین عیار پادتن کل را نشان دادند (05/0>P) عیار ایمنوگلوبین M و G در 35 و 42 روزگی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. سطح 8 درصد آب پنیر غلظت کلسترول و پروبیوتیک و سطوح 4 و 8 آب پنیر LDL سرم خون را در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش دادند (05/0≥P). سطح 8 درصد آبپنیر موجب افزایش عمق کریپت و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در مقایسه با شاهد شد (05/0>P). آبپنیر و مولتیبهسیل باعث افزایش وزن نسبی بورس فابرسیوس و کاهش درصد چربی بطنی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد (05/0>P). در کل، یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که آب پنیر را تا سطح 10 درصد بدون اثر منفی بر عملکرد رشد پرنده و شاخصهای خونی میتوان استفاده نمود ولی افزودن در سطح 4 درصد میتواند باعث کاهش کلسترول، ضریب تبدیل و بهبود پاسخ ایمنی جوجههای گوشتی گردد.

جداسازی مایکوباکتریوم ایویوم زیر گونه پاراتوبرکولوزیس از نمونههای مشکوک و تائید آن به روش Nested-PCR
پاراتوبرکلوزیس (بیماری یون) بیماری مزمن گرانولوماتوزی روده باریک توسط مایکوباکتریوم ایویوم تحت گونه پاراتوبرکولوزیس (MAP) ایجاد میشود. در کنترل بیماری، مهمترین اقدام تشخیص و جداسازی حیوانات آلوده میباشد لذا هدف این بررسی جداسازی عامل این بیماری از دامهای مشکوک و در ادامه تائید جدایهها با استفاده از تستهای مولکولی بود. برای این منظور ۱۴۲ نمونه مشکوک ارسالی از استانهای اصفهان، البرز، تهران، خراسان شمالی، خوزستان، زنجان، فارس، قزوین، کرمان و گلستان پس از آلودگیزدایی بر روی محیط کشت هرالد اگ حاوی مایکوباکتین و بدون مایکوباکتین کشت داده شدند. پس از استخراج DNA، -16S rRNA PCR و سپس از نمونههای مثبت Nested-PCR انجام شد. در مجموع از ۱۴۲ نمونه مشکوک ۴۷ جدایه بدست آمد. در گسترش میکروسکوپی همه جدایههای مثبت در رنگآمیزی زیل نلسون باسیل اسید فاست مشاهده گردید و در 83 نمونه از مجموع ۱۴۲ نمونه مورد آزمایش و همچنین از سویههای مایکوباکتریایی در جواب 16s rRNA PCRباندی در ناحیه bp 543 مشاهده شد که نشاندهنده حضور مایکوباکتریوم در نمونههای فوق بود. از تمامی جدایهها و سویههای کنترل مثبت و منفی Nested-PCR انجام پذیرفت که در مرحله اول باند bp 398 توسط پرایمرهای P90 و P91 و در مرحله بعد قطعهای به طول bp 298 توسط پرایمرهای AV1 و AV2 حاصل گردید که نشاندهنده وجود مایکوباکتریوم پاراتوبرکولوزیس در نمونهها بود. بر اساس این مطالعه Nested-PCR به عنوان روش مناسب تشخیص سریع قطعی موارد بیماری پیشنهاد میگردد.

استفاده از آنالیز به روش (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP به عنوان یک راهبرد بررسی ژنتیکی در مطالعات پاراتوبرکولوزیس در ایران
ژنوتایپینگ مایکوباکتریوم ایویوم زیرگونه پاراتوبرکولوزیس (MAP) حتی با وجود دسترسی به تکنیکهای مولکولی متعارفی نظیر PFGE, RFLP, SSR and MIRU-VNTR همچنان به عنوان یک چالش محسوب میگردد بدان سبب که این باکتری از نظر ژنتیکی بسیار یکنواخت و همگن میباشد. به نظر میرسد که در شرایط امروزی پاراتوبرکولوزیس در سراسر ایران انتشار یافته است چرا که گزارشات مربوط به وقوع بیماری در گلههای گاو گوسفند و بز بصورت فزاینده در هر سال انتشار مییابند. میزان اطلاعات موجود از ساختار جمعیت این باکتری در ایران محدود میباشد. یافتههای موجود حاکی از فعالیت جدایههای متعلق به تیپ معروف به گاوی میباشند و این در حالی است که تاکنون نشانهای از وجود تیپ گوسفندی در ایران یافت نشده است. در این تحقیق یک سیستم ژنوتایپینگ (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP متشکل از 13 لوکوس و با اتکا به PCR بر روی یک جدایه بومی MAP اجرا گردید. آزمون به گونهای انجام گردید که از یک پروتکل واحد PCR برای همه لوکوسها استفاده شد. محصولات تکثیر DNA به روش Sanger تعیین توالی شدند. نوکلئوتیدهای هدف تعیین و شناسایی گردیدند. این نوکلئوتیدها بطور کامل با نوکلئوتیدهای هم ارز در ژنوم سویه آزمایشگاهی MAP K10 مطابقت داشتند و هویت جدایه ایرانی را به عنوان جدایه تیپ گاوی نشان دادند. ما معتقدیم اگر روش SNP معرفی شده توسط Leao در مقیاس گسترده در ایران بکار گرفته شود امکان دستیابی به دانش جامعتر از اتفاقات و جریانات تکاملی که وقوع آنها وضعیت اپیدمیولوژیک امروز پاراتوبرکولوزیس در ایران را شکل دادهاند، فراهم گردید.

بررسی نقش سروتونین مرکزی و گیرندهی 5HT2c آن بر اخذ خوراک جوجههای ماده نژاد تخمگذار بونس با تزریق درون بطن مغزی (ICV) پاراکلروفنیلآلانین و SB242084
تنظیم مصرف خوراک یکی از مهمترین فرآیندهای مدیریتی پرورش دام و طیور است که توسط عوامل مختلف از جمله میانجیهای عصبی کنترل میشود. سروتونین یکی از میانجیهای عصبی مهم و مؤثر در تنظیم رفتارهای تغذیهای پرندگان میباشد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش سروتونین مرکزی و گیرندهی 5HT2c آن بر اخذ خوراک جوجههای ماده نژاد تخمگذار بونس با استفاده از تزریق درون بطن مغزی SB242084 (آنتاگونیست گیرنده 5HT2c سروتونین) و پاراکلروفنیلآلانین (ترکیب تخلیهی کننده سروتونین مغزی) بود. تعداد 33 قطعه جوجه یک روزه پس از عادتدهی با شرایط آزمایش به مدت 3 روز، بهطور تصادفی به 3 گروه آزمایشی (11=n) تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل گروه شاهد: تزریق درون بطنمغزی سرم -فیزیولوژی، گروه SB242084: تزریق درون بطنمغزی 5/1 میکروگرم SB242084 و گروه PCPA) para-chlorophenylalanine): تزریق درون بطن مغزی 5/1 میکروگرم پاراکلروفنیلآلانین بود. در سن 5 روزگی و پس از سه ساعت محرومیت خوراکی، ترکیبات مختلف حل شده در سرم فیزیولوژی حاوی رنگ اونسبلو بهصورت ICV (Intracerebroventricular)r به جوجهها تزریق شد. میزان اخذ خوراک به دو صورت مقدار خوراک مصرف شده و مقدار خوراک مصرفی به صورت درصدی از وزن بدن در زمانهای 30، 60، 120 و 180 دقیقه پس از تزریق ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیر معنیداری بر مصرف خوراک و همچنین خوراک مصرفی بر اساس درصد وزن بدن در هیچ یک از مقاطع زمانی پس از تزریق نداشتند (05/0 < p). افزون بر این، میانگین خوراک مصرف شده نیز طی دورهی آزمایش تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0 < p). در کل، نتایج این پژوهش نشان از عدم تاثیرگذاری سروتونین و گیرندهی اختصاصی 5HT2c آن بر مصرف خوراک جوجههای 5 روزه نژاد تخمگذار بونس داشت.

ارزیابی روزهای باز آبستنی و ارتباط آن با برخی مولفههای خون، شیر و غذا در گاوهای شیری نژاد هلشتاین
روزهای باز آبستنی و ارتباط آن با شاخصهای خون، شیر و غذا در گاوهای پرتولید جهت تعیین مولفههای تاثیرگذار در فحلی و آبستنی بررسی شد. همزمان با فحلی نمونههای خون، شیر و غذا بصورت ماهانه تا شروع آبستنی جمعآوری شدند. درصد فحلیها از یک تا 6 فحلی بهترتیب 3/21، 2/26، 7/19، 10/13، 6/6 و 10/13 بودند. درصد گاوهای 2 تا 11 ماه آبستن به ترتیب 5/11، 3/21، 8/9، 6/1، 5/11، 8/9، 5/11، 3/3، 8/9 و 8/9 بودند. فراوانی فحلیها و ماههای آبستنی معنیدار بودند. بیشترین گاوها در سه ماهگی آبستن شدند. میانگین آبستنی 180 روز بود. حدود 50% فحلیها بدون تشخیص بودند. جهت تعیین ارتباط بین روزهای باز آبستنی با شاخصهای مطالعه، روزهای باز آبستنی به کمتر و بیشتر از 120 روز تقسیم شدند. میانگین اوره، کراتینین، بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات، فسفر، منیزیم، هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین و لکوسیتهای خون در بین گاوها متفاوت بودند نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش پروتئین و کلسیم غذا، اوره، پروتئین و منیزیم خون و منیزیم شیر روزهای باز آبستنی افزایش معناداری یافت. همچنین با افزایش هموگلوبین و فسفر خون، اوره، پروتین و فسفر شیر روزهای باز آبستنی کاهش معناداری یافت. نتیجه اینکه روزهای باز آبستنی در گاوهای این مطالعه دو برابر حالت طبیعی بود. بیشترین عوامل تاثیرگذار در روزهای باز آبستنی شاخصهای خون و شیر بودند. تغییرات پروتئین تام و ماکرومینرالها و اوره از نشانگرهای برجسته در روزهای باز آبستنی گاو محسوب میگردند.

استفاده از افزودنیها در تغذیه طیور به عنوان یک راه حل در سلامت پرنده و بهرهوری بیشتر از خوراک توسط آن محسوب میشود. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی عملکرد تیمارهای آلژینات و آنتیبیوتیک در جیره جوجههای گوشتی نر بر عملکرد رشد، مولفههای ایمنی خونی و بافتشناسی صورت پذیرفت. از 144 قطعه جوجه نر یکروزه راس (308) استفاده شد و جوجهها در 3 تیمار و 4 تکرار و 12 جوجه در هر تکرار قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: تیمار1) جیره پایه بدون افزودنی، تیمار2) جیره پایه دارای 200 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم آلژینات تیمار3) جیره پایه دارای 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم آنتیبیوتیک بودند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که افزایش وزن در دورههای 1 تا10، 10 تا 24 و 24 تا 42 روزگی تفاوتی نداشتند، تنها در کل دوره 1 تا 42 روزگی تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمار شاهد و سایر تیمارها وجود داشت. ضریب تبدیل خوراک در تمام دورهها بین تیمارهای مختلف تفاوت معنیداری داشتند و بترتیب تیمار آلژینات، آنتی بیوتیک و شاهد بهترین عملکرد را داشتند. تفاوتی در فراسنجههای هماتولوژی و شمارش تفریقی گلبولهای سفید بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. در مورد اجزای لاشه مثل نسبت وزن لاشه، سینه، ساق، پشت، گردن، کعب ران و بال تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. تریگلیسیرید در تیمار آلژینات بالاترین مقدار بود که نسبت به تیمار آنتیبیوتیک با تفاوت معنیداری همراه بود. در مولفههای پروتئین کل، کلسترول کل، LDL-C، HDL-C، VLDL-C و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. طول پرز، نسبت طول پرز به عمق کریپت و مولفه مساحت پرز دئودنوم و ژژنوم در تیمار آلژینات نسبت به سایر تیمارها بطور معنیداری بالاتر بود. نشان داده شد استفاده از 200 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم آلژینات نسبت به تیمار شاهد میتواند تاثیرات مفیدی بر عملکرد بخصوص ضریب تبدیل خوراک و بافتشناسی قسمتهای مختلف روده مثل دئودنوم و ژژنوم داشته باشد.

اثرات نیمه مزمن نانوذرهی اکسید مس بر فاکتورهای خونی و آنزیمهای پلاسما بچه فیل ماهی دریای خزر (Huso huso)
تولید و استفاده از نانو مواد مهندسی شده در صنایع مختلف بخصوص صنایع حوزه دریای خزر و نفوذ آن از طریق فاضلابهای صنعتی به محیطهای آبی باعث ایجاد نگرانیهایی برای سلامت انسان و موجودات آبزی شده است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی میزان سمیت و ارزیابی اثرات نانوذره اکسید مس (CuO NPs) بر شاخصهای خونی و آنزیمهای بچه فیل ماهی دریای خزر به عنوان یک گونه ارزشمند میباشد. بچه فیل ماهی با میانگین وزن gr 5 ± 40 پس از تعیین غلظتکشنده، در رویارویی با 20 درصد ازLC50-96h نانوذره اکسید مس، به مدت 14 روز در سه تکرار به همراه تیمار شاهد قرار گرفتند. از بچه فیل ماهیان پس از 24، 48، 72، 96 ساعت و هفت و 14 روز خونگیری شد. سپس فاکتورهای خونی، پروتئین کل، گلوکز، کورتیزول و آنزیمهای پلاسما مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تحت تأثیر نانوذرهی اکسید مس در مقایسه با شاهد تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت و لنفوسیت بطور معنیداری کاهش و تعداد کل گلبولهای سفید و نوتروفیل افزایش یافت (05/0>P). آنالیز فعالیت آنزیمهای متابولیک، نشانگر افزایش معنیدار آنزیمهای آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP)، لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH) و آسپارتات ترانس آمیناز (AST) بود. گلوکز و پرتئین تام در اکثر تیمارها و کورتیزول پس از 14 روز، نسبت به شاهد به طور معنیداری افزایش یافتند (05/0>P). با توجه به ایجاد تغییرات معنیدار در بیشتر پارامترهای مورد سنجش، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نانوذرهی اکسید مس در غلظت بهکار برده شده، اثرات منفی بر سلامت بچه فیل ماهی دریای خزر دارد.

بررسی شیوع سرمی عفونت ناشی از نئوسپورا کنینوم و توکسوپلاسما گوندئی در سگها در شهرستان اهواز
توکسوپلاسما گوندئی و نئوسپورا کنینوم، دو تک یاخته دارای شباهتهای زیاد هستند که طیف وسیعی از حیوانات خونگرم از جمله سگها را آلوده میکنند. هدف از مطالعه اخیر، تعیین شیوع عفونت ناشی از تکیاختههای نئوسپورا کنینوم و توکسوپلاسما گوندئی در سگهای ارجاعی به تعدادی از کلینیکهای دامپزشکی شهرستان اهواز بود. جهت این بررسی، اقدام به نمونه گیری تصادفی از یکصد قلاده سگ ارجاع شده سالم گردید. نمونههای سرمی اخذ شده، جهت بررسی وجود پادتن ایمنوگلوبولین G ضد تک یاخته توکسوپلاسما گوندئی، با استفاده از تست پادتن درخشان غیر مستقیم، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. از تعداد 100 نمونه مورد بررسی، 28 مورد، دارای تیتر آنتیبادی ضد توکسوپلاسما گوندئی بودند. بررسی میزان عفونت ناشی از تکیاخته نئوسپورا کنینوم با استفاده از تست الایزا انجام گرفت. نتایج بررسی با این تست، نشاندهنده وجود عفونت در 18 درصد از موارد بررسی بود. اختلاف معنیداری بین میزان عفونت در حیوانات نر و ماده وجود نداشت در حالیکه شیوع عفونت در سگهای نگهبان و در سگهای با سن بالاتر از دو سال بیشتر بود. نتایج این مطالعه اهمیت سگهای نگهبان یا کنترل نشده را در شیوع این بیماریهای تکیاختهای مشخص میکند.

ارزیابی اثرات نانوذرات اکسید روی علیه مراحل مختلف زندگی کنه آرگاس پرسیکوس (آکاری: آرگازیده) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی
آلودگی با کنه آرگاس در سالهای اخیر مشکلات عدیدهای را برای صنعت طیور در کشور به وجود آورده است. از طرفی پیدایش مقاومت تدریجی به داروهای ضد کنه کنونی، باعث وخامت اوضاع شده است. نانوذرات اکسید روی به عنوان ترکیبات نوظهور و خارقالعاده در سالهای اخیر توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کردهاند. یکی از این خواص منحصر به فرد، اثرات ضد میکروبی است. هدف از اجرای مطالعه کنونی بررسی اثرات ضد انگلی نانوذرات روی علیه کنه آرگاس پرسیکوس میباشد. همچنین مقادیر مالوندی آلدهید به عنوان شاخص پراکسیداسیون چربیها و نیتریک اکسید به عنوان شاخص استرس نیتروزاتیو مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تخم، لارو و کنه بالغ در مجاورت غلظتهای مختلف نانوذره اکسید روی (1، 2، 4 و 8 قسمت در میلیون) قرار گرفتند و میزان مرگ و مهار تفریخ در فواصل مشخص زمانی ثبت شد. نتایج حاصله حاکی از افزایش مرگ و مهار هچ به شکل وابسته به زمان و غلظت بود. همچنین مقادیر مالوندی آلدهید و نیتریک اکسید به شکل وابسته به غلظت افزایش یافته بود. از یافتههای مطالعه کنونی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نانوذرات اکسید روی از طریق القا استرس اکسیداتیو/نیتروزاتیو باعث مرگ کنه و مهار باروری تخم میشود.
