الگوی مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی و شیوع برخی از ژنهای بتالاکتاماز وسیعالطیف در اشریشیا کلی جداسازی شده از بوقلمون
تولید آنزیمهای بتالاکتاماز در باکتریها بهویژه در اشریشیا کلی که بهعنوان یک پاتوژن فرصتطلب محسوب میشود، باعث ایجاد مشکلات زیادی در درمان بیماریها گردیده است. این آنزیمها باعث ایجاد مقاومت به پنیسیلین و تعداد زیادی از سفالوسپورینها میشوند. در این تحقیق میزان مقاومتهای آنتیبیوتیکی و شیوع ژنهای balCTX-M و blaTEM در اشریشیا کلی جداسازی شده از بوقلمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدینمنظور 60 نمونه اشریشیا کلی از طریق تهیه سواب کلواکی از بوقلمونهایی که بطور تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند جداسازی گردید. بهمنظور بررسی مقاومتهای آنتیبیوتیکی از روش دیسک دیفیوژن بر روی آگار مولرهینتون با نه دیسک آنتیبیوتیکی شامل: جنتامایسین، تتراسیکلین، کلستین، کوتریموکسازول، نورفلوکساین، سفروکسیم، آمپیسیلین، نئومایسین و آموکسیسیلین استفاده گردید. ژنوم باکتریها به روش جوشانیدن استخراج گردید و برای بررسی حضور ژنهای blaCTX-M و blaTEM از واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز (PCR) استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که بیشترین مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی برعلیه آمپیسیلین (100 درصد) و کمترین مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی برعلیه جنتامایسین و نورفلوکساسین (5 درصد) وجود دارد. میزان شیوع ژنهای blaCTX-M و blaTEM در بین جدایههای اشریشیا کلی بهترتیب 3/23 درصد و 6/16 درصد تشخیص داده شد. براساس نتایج این تحقیق مقاومتهای آنتیبیوتیکی و ژنهای بتالاکتامازهای وسیعالطیف (ESBLs) در بین اشریشیا کلیهای جداسازی شده از بوقلمون بهمقدار زیادی وجود دارد. بنابراین، حیواناتی مانند بوقلمون که به عنوان غذا برای انسان استفاده میشوند، میتوانند مخزن باکتریهای دارای مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی باشند و در انتقال ژنهای مقاومت مانند ESBLs از طیور به انسان نقش داشته باشند.

ارتباط بین کیستهای تخمدانی فولیکولار و لوتئال با هورمونهای استروئیدی، قند خون، انسولین و فاکتور شبهانسولین-1 در گاوهای چندشکمزایش
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط بین کیستهای تخمدانی فولیکولی و لوتئال با قند خون، انسولین و فاکتور شبه انسولین-1 در گاوهای چندشکم زایش میباشد. 40 رأس گاو شیری هلشتاین چند شکم زایش (زایش دوم به بعد) دارای کیست بر اساس مشاهدات سونوگرافی به دو گروه 20 رأسی کیست فولیکولی و لوتئال بهطور کاملاً تصادفی تقسیمبندی شدند و از مایع فولیکولی و خون نمونهگیری شد. در آزمایشگاه میزان هورمون استروژن، پروژسترون، گلوکز، انسولین و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین-1 در مایع فولیکولی و سرم خون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در مایع فولیکولی میزان هورمون استرادیول در کیست فولیکولی نسبت به لوتئال افزایش معنیداری (05/0 > p) و میزان هورمون پروژسترون در کیست لوتئال نسبت به فولیکولی نیز افزایش معنیداری (05/0 > p) داشتند. میزان انسولین و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین-1 در مایع فولیکولی کیست لوتئال دارای افزایش معنیداری (05/0 > p) نسبت به فولیکولی میباشد. همچنین نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که ضرایب همبستگی فاکتورهای اندازهگیری شده در مایع فولیکولی کیست فولیکولی و لوتئال با سرم خون به ترتیب دارای عدم ارتباط و ارتباط (فقط در فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین–1) میباشد. همچنین بر اساس اندازهگیری فاکتورها در مایع فولیکولی کیست لوتئال و فولیکولی میزان هورمون استرادیول، انسولین و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین-1 دارای تفاوت معنیداری (05/0 > p) میباشند و در سرم خون میزان هورمون استرادیول دارای تفاوت معنیداری (05/0 > p) میباشد. در کل نتیجهگیری میشود که تشکیل کیست تخمدانی بیشتر تحت تأثیر ترکیبات مایع فولیکولی بخصوص هورمون استرادیول، انسولین و فاکتور رشد شبه انسولین-1 و در سرم خون تحت تأثیر هورمون استرادیول میباشد.

تاثیر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی میش در زمان جفتگیری بر صفات وزن بدن و تعداد بره در گوسفندان خالص و آمیخته زل
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی میش بر صفات وزن بدن بره و تعداد بره در هر زایش بود. بدین منظور امتیاز وضعیت بدنی 132 راس میش (50 میش آمیخته زل و دالاق و 82 میش زل)، در زمان جفتگیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میش ها در محدوده سنی دو تا چهار سال و دامنه وزنی 5/34 تا 5/63 کیلوگرم قرار داشته و از نظر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی به پنچ گروه با فاصله یک واحد (1 تا 5) تقسیم شدند. میشهای با امتیاز 3 و 5 به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین فراوانی را داشتند. در مقایسه گوسفندان زل با آمیخته زل و دالاق، برههای آمیخته وزن تولد تا شیرگیری بیشتری را نشان دادند (05/0 > p). درصد دوقلوزایی نیز در گوسفندان آمیخته بیشتر از زل بود (001/0 > p). اثر نمره بدنی میش بر وزن برهها در سنین مختلف و تعداد نتاج در هر زایش، معنیدار بود (05/0 > p). برههای میشهایی با امتیاز بدنی 4 و 5 وزن بدن بیشتری در زمان تولد، یک ماهگی و شیرگیری نشان دادند (05/0 > p). بیشترین درصد دوقلوزایی در میشهایی با امتیاز بدنی 3 و بیشتر مشاهده شد (05/0 > p). با توجه به اثر امتیاز وضعیت بدنی میش بر میزان دوقلوزایی و وزن بدن برهها، پیشنهاد میشود که به منظور دستیابی به عملکرد تولیدی و تولیدمثلی بهتر در میشهای نژاد زل حداقل امتیاز وضعیت بدنی 3 در مدیریت گله درنظر گرفته شود.

تعیین فراوانی ویروس تغییر شکل دهنده بال در شفیرههای زنبورعسل به روش واکنش زنجیرهی پلیمراز نسخهبرداری معکوس
ویروس تغییر شکل دهنده بال (DWV)(Deformed Wing Virus)، یک عامل بیماریزای ویروسی در زنبورعسل است که معمولاً سبب ایجاد عفونت پنهان در زنبورعسل میشود. اما زمانیکه به وسیله جربواروآ منتقل میشود میتواند سبب بدشکل شدن بال و اندام زنبورعسل گردد. این ویروس نقش عمدهای در فروپاشی کلنی بازی میکند. در این مطالعه که از نوع مشاهدهای مقطعی میباشد، وجود این ویروس در شفیرههای زنبورعسل و زنبوران بالغ با استفاده از روش واکنش زنجیرهی پلیمراز نسخهبرداری معکوس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونهبرداری از 156 زنبورستان، در23 استان کشور، طی فاصله زمانی فروردین تاخرداد 1395 با همکاری سازمان دامپزشکی کشور انجام شد. از هر زنبورستان تعداد 50 عدد زنبور بالغ و تعداد 20 عدد شفیره زنبورعسل جمعآوری شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که از مجموع 156 زنبورستان نمونهگیری شده، تعداد 36 زنبورستان (08/23 درصد) به ویروس دفرمهکننده آلوده بودند. از مجموع 36 زنبورستان آلوده، در 30 زنبورستان، ویروس دفرمهکننده هم از نمونههای زنبور بالغ و هم از نمونههای شفیره، در 4 زنبورستان فقط از نمونههای زنبور بالغ و در 2 زنبورستان، فقط از نمونههای شفیره شناسائی شد. در این تحقیق، برای اولینبار، این ویروس در کلنیهای زنبورعسل ایران که دارای سابقه مرگ و میر، کاهش و ریزش جمعیت و ابتلا به مایت واروآ بودند، شناسایی گردید. پراکندگی واروآ دستراکتور نقش مهمی در افزایش چشمگیر شیوع این ویروس و خسارتهای ناشی از آن دارد.

اثر بازدارندگی گیاه دارویی عدس الملک (Securigera securidaca) بر بروز فشار خون ریوی در جوجههای گوشتی پرورشی در مناطق مرتفع
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تاثیر استفاده از پودر دانه گیاه دارویی عدسالملک بر عملکرد لاشه، فراسنجههای سرمی و خونی، سیستم ایمنی و بیان ژنهای سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز 1، نیتریک اکسید سنتتاز و اندوتلین-1 در بطن راست قلب جوجههای گوشتی پرورشیافته در ارتفاع 2150 متری از سطح دریا انجام گرفت. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا ً تصادفی با پنج تیمار و چهار تکرار به مدت 42 روز انجام گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار کنترل که فاقد دانه عدسالملک و تیمارهای دو، سه، چهار و پنج که به ترتیب حاوی یک، دو، سه و چهار گرم در کیلوگرم جیره از این دانه بودند. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن پودر دانه عدسالملک به خوراک، بازده لاشه و ران را افزایش معنیدار و بازده قلب و نسبت بطن راست به کل بطنها را کاهش معنیداری دادهاست (05/0 > p). همچنین در تیمارهای حاوی سه و چهار گرم دانه عدس الملک، میزان پروتئین و اکسید نیتریک سرم افزایش معنی دار و مالون دی الدئید، اسید اوریک و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت کاهش معنیداری نسبت به گروه کنترل دارد (05/0 > p). همچنین سطوح سه و چهار گرم عدسالملک موجب افزایش معنیدار بیان ژنهای نیتریک اکسید سنتتاز و سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز 1 و کاهش معنیدار بیان ژن اندوتلین-1 در بطن راست قلب گردید (05/0 > p). نتیجهگیری میشود گیاه دارویی عدسالملک با بهبود شرایط آنتیاکسیدانی، ایمنی و فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون بر کاهش فشار خون ریوی در جوجههای گوشتی موثر میباشد.

اثر رنگ کریستال ویولت بر تخمیر شکمبهای در شرایط in vitro
کریستال ویولت از جمله آلایندههای آبی محسوب میشود، بنابراین پژوهشی با هدف بررسی اثر افزودن رنگ کریستال ویولت (صفر، 3، 6 و 9 پیپیام) با سطوح مختلف بنتونیت سدیم یا خاکستر پوست خربزه (صفر، 4 و 8 میلیگرم بهعنوان جاذب) به محیط کشت تهیه شده از مایع شکمبه گوسفند در قالب طرح فاکتوریل 3×2×4 انجام شد. کارآیی هر یک از جاذبهای فوق (صفر، 4 و 8 میلیگرم) در حذف کریستال ویولت اضافه شده به آب (صفر، 3، 6 و 9 پیپیام) در زمانهای 3 و 24 ساعت انکوباسیون، نیز ارزیابی شد. هر دو جاذب فوق (بهویژه بنتونیت سدیم) منجر به حذف کارآمد رنگ از آب شدند. افزودن رنگ تا سطح 6 پیپیام به محیط کشت، باعث کاهش معنیدار تولید تجمعی گاز در زمانهای 12 و 24 ساعت انکوباسیون، پتانسیل تولید گاز، میزان کل اسیدهای چرب فرار، نیتروژن آمونیاکی و نیز کلیه پارامترهای تخمیری برآورده شده از تولید گاز شامل تولید پروتئین میکروبی، قابلیت هضم ماده آلی، انرژی خالص شیردهی و انرژی قابل متابولیسم در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد (0001/0>P). مقدار pH محیط کشت تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. با افزودن هر یک از جاذبها (بهویژه سطح 4 درصد)، کلیه پارامترهای تولید گاز و فراسنجههای برآورد شده از تولید گاز، کاهش معنیداری را نشان دادند (0001/0>P). نتایج کلی نشان داد کاربرد کریستال ویولت حتی در سطوح پایین، اثر منفی بر فعالیتهای تخمیری میکروارگانیسمهای محیط کشت دارد. اگرچه که هر دو جاذب منجر به حذف کارآمد رنگ از آب شدند، ولی نتوانستند از اثرات منفی آن بر محیط کشت بکاهند.

ردیابی ویروس آنفلوانزا جنس A در کبوترهای وحشی اطراف اهواز به روش RT-PCR
بیماری آنفلوانزای پرندگان (AI) یک بیماری عفونی حاد با اهمیت جهانی است که موجب زیانهای اقتصادی فراوانی در صنعت طیورمیشود. ویروس آنفلوانزای پرندگان (AI) در جنس A ویروس آنفلوانزا در خانواده Orthomyxoviridae طبقهبندیشده است. ویروسهای AI از بیش از 100 گونه از پرندگان آزاد زی جدا شده است. کبوتر پرندهای است از خانواده Columbiforms که به دو صورت وحشی و اهلی یافت میشود که نژادهای مختلفی دارند و به دلیل پرواز آزاد، با پرندگان آبزی و ماکیان بومی و صنعتی در ارتباط هستند از این رو ممکن است به انتقال AIV و بقاء آن در طبیعت کمک کنند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی نقش کبوتر در گسترش ویروس آنفلوانزای پرندگان در اطراف اهواز انجام گرفت. بر این اساس بافت روده و نای از صد کبوتر وحشی صید شده در اطراف اهواز در ماههای مختلف سال 1396 نمونهگیری شد، پس از استخراج RNA و ساختcDNA، ردیابی ژن پروتئین M جنس A ویروس آنفلوانزا با استفاده ازپرایمرهای اختصاصی ژن M انجام گرفت. در مجموع از صد کبوتر مورد بررسی، هیچ مورد مثبتی در ردیابی ژن M باند 450 جفت بازی یافت نشد.میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که یا تحت تیپهای حاد ویروس آنفلوانزا در این منطقه وجود ندارند و یا کبوتر احتمالاً نقشی در انتشار ویروس آنفلوانزای پرندگان ندارد.

کلونینگ و بیان ژن hly Listeria monocytogenes در Lactococcus lactis
ژن hly یکی از مهمترین عوامل ویرولانس Listeria monocytogenes میباشد که پروتئین لیستریولیزین (O (LLO را رمزگذاری میکند. LLO یک پروتئین ایمونوژن با قابلیت بالاست، که قادر به برانگیختن ایمنی سلولی و هومورال است و علاوه بر فعالیت همولیتیک، عملکردهای متعدد دیگری نیز دارد. این پروتئین با تخریب فاگولیزوزوم به فرار باکتری از سیتوپلاسم، زنده ماندن و رشد درون سلولیL. monocytogenes کمک می کند.از طرفی Lactococcus lactis سویه ای از باکتریهای اسید لاکتیک میباشد که برای بیان پروتئینهای نوترکیب کاربرد زیادی دارد. هدف ما در این تحقیق بیان آنتی ژن نوترکیب LLO در سویه L. lactis بود.که این کاردر ابتدا با واسطه پلاسمید pTG19-T (وکتور T/A کلونینگ) و سپس با استفاده از پلاسمید pNZ8110 که مربوط به سیستم پلاسمیدهای بیانی ترشحی مختص L. lactis میباشد، انجام گردید. ژن hly، با طراحی محل برش آنزیمهای محدودکننده در دو سر ژن، وارد پلاسمید شده و پس از کلونینگ و تکثیر در E. coli MC1061 بعنوان میزبان واسط با روش الکتروپوریشن وارد L. lactis گردیده و در نهایت پروتئین LLO بیان گردید. بیان این پروتئین با استفاده از روش SDS PAGE و وسترن بلات تایید شد.

مطالعه آلودگی انگلهای خارجی ماهی کپور نقرهای (سیپرینیده: هیپوفتالمیکتیس مولیتریکس) سد حسنلو (استان آذربایجان غربی)
پرورش ماهی کپور نقرهای در سد حسنلو به عنوان یک منبع تأمین پروتئین مطرح است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین فراوانی و تنوع گونهای آلودگی انگلهای خارجی در ماهی کپور نقرهای سد حسنلو انجام شد. تعداد 140 قطعه ماهی کپور نقرهای در تابستان و پاییز سال 1394 صید گردیدند. پس از زیستسنجی، آبشش جدا گردید و کمانهای آبششی از نظر آلودگی انگلی بررسی شدند. عدسی چشم، بالهها، درپوش آبشش و پوست نیز برای جداسازی و شناسایی انگلهای خارجی بررسی گردیدند. نتایج این مطالعه بیانگر وقوع آلودگی در ماهیهای با وزن 33/45±18/660 گرم و طول 2/5±01/37 سانتیمتر بود. از آبشش ماهی کپور نقرهای، 137 قطعه آلوده بهمونوژن داکتیلوژیروس (85/97 درصد)، 119 قطعه آلوده به تک یاخته تریکودینا (85 درصد) و 14 قطعه آلوده به کوپه پودارگازیلوس (10 درصد) بودند. تنوع گونهای مونوژن داکتیلوژیروس شامل داکتیلوژیروس نوبیلیس (28/49 درصد)، داکتیلوژیروس آریستیکتیس (14/97 درصد)، داکتیلوژیروس تایهوانزیس (28/34 درصد) و داکتیلوژیروس اسکریابینی (85/7 درصد) بود. عدسی چشم 92 قطعه ماهی نیز با متاسرکر ترماتود دیپلوستوموم اسپاتاسئوم (71/65 درصد) آلوده بود. ارتباط معنیداری بین فراوانی آلودگی با طول بدن و وزن ماهیهای آلوده وجود داشت. آلودگی انگلی توام با دو گونه (86/12 درصد)، سه گونه (29/49 درصد) و چهار گونه (29/4 درصد) در ماهیهای تحت مطالعه ثبت گردید. آلودگی انگل خارجی در آبشش و چشم ماهی کپور نقرهای در سد حسنلو شایع بود و مطالعات تکمیلی در خصوص اثرات بیماریزایی و خسارت اقتصادی آنها بر صنعت پرورش ماهی در منطقه توصیه میشود.

اثر متقابل سمیت آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و زیرالنون بر ایمنی سلولی و هومورال ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)
مواد غذایی در معرض طیف گستردهای از آلودگیهای مایکوتوکسینی مانند آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و زیرالنون هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی همزمان آثار سموم آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و زیرالنون انجام گرفت. به این منظور 540 قطعه بچهماهی قزلآلای رنگین-کمان (2/0±0/3گرم) در قالب 9 تیمار متشکل از 3 سطح آفلاتوکسین ب 1 (0، 25 و ppb50) و 3 سطح زیرالنون (0، 200 و ppb 400) به مدت 30 روز پرورش یافتند. تعداد گلبولهای قرمز و سفید و همچنین برخی فراسنجههای ایمنولوژیکی از جمله سطح فعالیت لیزوزیم سرم،پادتن، تکثیر لنفوسیت، مسیر فرعی کمپلمان و قدرت فاگوسیتوزی سلولهای فاگوسیتیک خونمحیطی (تست برداشت NR)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که سطح فعالیت لیزوزیم، پادتن و تعداد گلبولهای قرمز و سفید تحت تاثیر سموم قارچی موجود در جیرههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند (05/0 < p)، اما شاخص مسیر فرعی کمپلمان دارای اختلاف معنیدار بوده (05/0 ≥p)، بهطوری که تنها تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف آفلاتوکسین ب 1 قرار گرفت و کمترین میزان آن در تیمار حاوی ppb50 و بیشترین مقدار آن در تیمار شاهد (بدون سم) مشاهده گردید. شاخصهای تکثیر لنفوسیت و تست برداشت NR نشان دادند که سموم آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و زیرالنون بهصورت همافزایی بر سیستم ایمنی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان تاثیرگذار بودهاست (05/0 ≥p)، بهطوری که کمترین میزان آنها نسبت به تیمار شاهد، به ترتیب در تیمار ppb 50 آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و تیمار حاوی ppb 50 آفلاتوکسین ب 1 - ppb 200 زیرالنون مشاهده گردید. وجود همزمان سموم آفلاتوکسین ب 1 و زیرالنون در جیره غذایی از طریق اثر همافزایی موجب تضعیف سیستم ایمنی ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان میگردد.

استفاده از ترکیبات فراسودمند مانند پروبیوتیکها میتواند در بهبود عملکرد آبزیان موثر باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تاثیر سطوح مختلف باکتری پروبیوتیکی i(La) Lactobacillus acidophilusروی برخی از فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی و آنتیاکسیدانی سرم خون ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) پس از مسمومیت با فلز سرب در جیره غذایی بوده است. تعداد 375 قطعه ماهی قزلآلا بطور تصادفی به پنج گروه در سه تکرار تقسیم شدند. گروههای یک، دو و سه به ترتیب از ابتدا تا انتهای آزمایش با جیرهحاوی 106×5، 107×5 و 108×5 CFU/gr باکتری پروبیوتیکی تغذیه شدند. گروه چهارم (کنترل) در تمام دوره با جیره فاقد پروبیوتیک و بدون فلز سرب تغذیه شد. گروه پنجم به مدت 45 روز با جیره فاقد پروبیوتیک و سپس (به مدت 21 روز) همراه با تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی تا انتهای آزمایش با جیره حاوی µg/kg 500 نیترات سرب تغذیه شد. خونگیری از ماهیان در روزهای صفر، 45، 52، 59 و 66 آزمایش انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در گروه دو بعد از 45 روز مصرف پروبیوتیک مقادیر گلوکز، فسفر، ALP و SOD افزایش و مقادیر کلسترول و تریگلیسرید کاهش معنیداری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است (05/0 > p). پس از مواجهه با سرب مقادیر LDH در روز 59 و مقادیر ALP در تمامی روزها در گروه دو نسبت به گروه پنج بطور معنیداری کاهش یافت (05/0 >p). همچنین سطح آنزیم کاتالاز و SOD در گروه دو نسبت به گروه پنج در روز 66 افزایش معنیداری داشته است (05/0 > p). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که باکتری La بعنوان یک پروبیوتیک میتواند در بهبود شاخصهای سرمی ماهی قزلآلا قبل و پس از مواجهه با فلز سرب نقش داشته باشد. همچنین غلظت 107×5 CFU/gr پروبیوتیک روی شاخصهای سرمی تاثیر بهتری داشته است.

تعیین و مقایسه غلظت عناصر سمی و ضروری در بافت عضله ماهی شاه کولی (Alburnus chalcoides Güldenstädt, 1772) رودخانه سیاه درویشان استان گیلان
در این پژوهش، میزان غلظت ده عنصر (آرسنیک، آهن، جیوه، روی، سرب، سلنیوم، کادمیوم، مس، منگنز و نیکل) در بافت خوراکی عضله 30 قطعه ماهی شاهکولی (Alburnus chalcoides) صید شده توسط تور پرتابی سالیک از رودخانه سیاهدرویشان استان گیلان در تابستان 1395، به وسیله دستگاه طیفسنجی جذب اتمی Varian مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مقدار پایینترین و بالاترین تجمع عناصر به ترتیب: روی 17/30 - 75/26، آهن 27/18 - 89/16، مس 25/3 - 76/2، منگنز 15/1 - 98/0، سلنیوم 78/0 - 75/0، سرب 85/0 - 67/0، کادمیوم 29/0 - 27/0، آرسنیک 28/0 - 23/0، نیکل 21/0 - 18/0 و جیوه 096/0 - 087/0 میکروگرم بر گرم وزن خشک، مشخص گردید. با توجه به یافتههای این تحقیق، میانگین غلظت تمام عناصر در بافت عضله ماهی شاهکولی به غیر از چهار عنصر منگنز (096/0 ± 045/1)، آرسنیک (027/0 ± 262/0)، سرب (072/0 ± 748/0) و کادمیوم (011/0 ± 284/0)، کمتر از حد مجاز توصیه شده توسط استاندارد جهانی FAO/WHO قرار داشتند.
