بررسی تاثیر کشتهای لاکتوباسیلوس بر فعالیت آنزیمی، برخی فراسنجههای خونی و تلفات در جوجههای گوشتی
آزمایشی برای بررسی تاثیرکشتهای لاکتوباسیلوس تولید شده با منشاء بومی بر فراسنجههای خونی و تلفات در جوجههای گوشتی با 400 جوجه یکروزه (راس 308)، در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار و 20 پرنده برای هر تکرار انجام شد. در این آزمایش، کشتهای لاکتوباسیلوس با نمونهگیری از روده کوچک جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 در سن 42 روزگی، اقدام به تولید کشت باکتریایی لاکتوباسیلوس شد. سطوح کشتلاکتوباسیلوس (0، 0/05 ، 0/1 و 0/15 درصد) در قالب 4 تیمار به جیرههای غذایی پایه پرندگان اضافه گردید. پارامترهای فعالیت آنزیمهای لاکتات دهیدروژناز، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، درصد هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، کل گلبولهای سفید (هتروفیل و لنفوسیت)، کلسترول و تریگلیسرید خون در روزهای 21 و 42 انجام شد. تلفات به طور روزانه ثبت شد. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که سطح 0/15 درصد کشت لاکتوباسیلوس سبب کاهش معنیدار سطوح تری گلیسرید، کلسترول، هموگلوبین و افزایش هماتوکریت و کل گلبولهای سفید خون در روز 42 شد. همچنین، سطح 0/15 درصد کشت لاکتوباسیلوس سبب کاهش معنیدار تلفات و فعالیت آنزیمهای آسپارت اتآمینوترانسفراز و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز پلاسما در روز 42 گردید. سایر پارامترهای خونی به طور معنیداری تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف کشت لاکتوباسیلوس قرار نگرفتند (05/0 >p).

ارزیابی غلظت فلزات در بافتهای مختلف جرد ایرانی با استفاده از روش آماری تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی (PCA)
فرایندهای صنعتی مختلف مقادیر بالایی از فلزات را تولید میکنند و از این طریق بر اکوسیستمهای طبیعی،گیاهان و جانوران تأثیر میگذارند. در نتیجه تعیین مقادیر آنها به دلیل اثر تجمعی که در بافتهای مختلف جانوران دارند، امر بسیار مهمی تلقی میشود. جوندگان به دلیل جثه کوچکی که نسبت به پستانداران بزرگ جثه دارند دارای میزان متابولیسم بالاتری نسبت به آنها هستند در نتیجه بیشتر در معرض آلایندههای محیطی قرار میگیرند. در این مطالعه سعی شده است که با روش آماری تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی که یک روش آماری چند متغیره است، غلظت فلزات آلومینیوم، مس، روی، آهن، سرب، کادمیم، کبالت، سدیم، منیزیم، پتاسیم، کلسیم، کروم، نیکل، استرانسیم در بافتهای کبد، مو، قلب و استخوان ران جرد ایرانی بررسی شود. نمونهها با استفاده از تله فنری در تابستان 1391 از محدوده معدن مس دره زرشک جمع آوری گردید. غلظت فلزات در بافتهای مختلف با روش هضم مرطوبو با دستگاه ICP-OES اندازهگیری شد. غلظت فلزات کادمیم، کبالت وسرب در نمونه ها زیر حد تشخیص دستگاه بودند. سه مؤلفهی اصلی از آزمون تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی استخراج شد که در مجموع حدود 88 درصد از واریانس کل را توضیح میدادند. فلزات کلسیم، سدیم، روی، منیزیم، پتاسیم و استرانسیم با مؤلفه اول، فلزات آهن، نیکل، کروم و آلومینیوم با مؤلفه دوم و فلز مس با مؤلفه سوم همبستگی بالایی را نشان دادند. تمامی فلزات قرار گرفته در مؤلفه اول به غیر از روی در بافت استخوان و فلزات قرار گرفته در مؤلفه دوم و سوم در بافت مو تجمع بیشتری داشتند.

آلودگیهای انگلی ماکیان بومی استان لرستان
آلودگیهای انگلی ماکیان بومی، منبع آلودگی برای طیور صنعتی و انسان است، بنابراین این آلودگیها میتوانند معضل اقتصادی و بهداشتی باشند. هدف از این بررسی، تعیین شیوع و گونههای انگلهای داخلی و خارجی ماکیان بومی در استان لرستان بود. تعداد 100 قطعه مرغ بومی از مناطق مختلف استان لرستان به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. انگلهای داخلی و خارجی با آزمایشات میکروسکوپی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. چهارده گونه انگلی از کانال گوارشی، ریهها و پرها جمع آوری گردید. میزان آلودگی به رایلیهتینا تتراگونا 22%، کوانوتنیا اینفاندیبولوم 1%، آسکاریدیاگالی 16%، هتراکیس گالیناروم 17%، سوبولورا پرومپتی 2%، تریکوسترونژیلوس تنوئیس 3% و کاپیلاریا آناتیس 3% تعیین شد. 8% طیور به سینگاموس تراکئا آلوده بودند. آلودگی ماکیان بومی به انگلهای آیمریا تنلا 10%، آیمریا ماکسیما 4% و آیمریا آسرولینا 3% بود. 5% از ماکیان به منوپون گالینه و کوگلوتوگاستر هتراگرافوس و 4% به آرگاس پرسیکوس آلوده بودند. پیشنهاد میگردد آموزشهای لازم به روستاییان و دامپزشکان درخصوص انجام درمانهای دورهای ضدانگلی ارائه شود.

مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه جداسازی، روشهای تشخیصی و مقاومت دارویی سالمونلا در ایران
عفونتهای سالمونلایی از مهمترین مشکلات بهداشت عمومی در جهان بوده و در اکثر نقاط جهان بخصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. در این میان ماکیان، انسان، دام و مواد غذایی در انتقال عامل عفونت، از نظر جنبه اقتصادی و بهداشت عمومی نقش مهمی ایفا میکنند . مطالعات انجام شده نشان میدهد که هنوز سالمونلا انتریتیدیس و سالمونلا تیفی موریوم از سروتیپهای غالب میباشند. با توجه به محدودیتها و مشکلات روشهای جداسازی آزمایشگاهی میتوان از روشهای ملکولی به عنوان روشی سریع، ارزان، اختصاصی و با حساسیت بالا در تشخیص استفاده نمود. یافتن منشاء عفونت و کانونهای آن میتواند در بهبود استراتژیهای کنترلی حائز اهمیت باشد. گسترش ژنهای مقاومت پلاسمیدی در میان سروتیپهای مختلف سالمونلا جدا شده از موارد انسانی، طیوری و دامی و انتقال آنها در بین موارد فوق از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. شناسایی مقاومتهای دارویی و جلوگیری از انتشار آنها می تواند بعنوان یکی از مسائل مهم در درمان باشد و بررسی این مقاومتها به منظور جلوگیری از بروز سویههای مقاوم امری ضروری میباشد. با مشخص شدن الگوی مقاومتی باکتریهای جداشده میتوان پروتکلهای درمانی را اصلاح و آنتی بیوتیکهای موثرتر را جایگزین نمود.

مطالعه فراوانی گونه های آیمریا در طیور گوشتی و تخم گذار استان های تهران و البرز
کوکسیدیوز طیور یک بیماری رودهای است که توسط تک یاخته آیمریا (شاخه: آپی کمپلکسا) ایجاد میگردد. این بیماری در سراسر جهان به عنوان مهمترین بیماری در طیور محسوب میشود. بررسی پراکندگی گونههای مختلف آیمریا نیازمند مطالعه مستمر در گلههای طیور میباشد. در این بررسی فراوانی گونههای آیمریا در بستر مزارع گوشتی و تخمگذار در استانهای تهران و البرز انجام شده است. نمونههای بستر شامل 354 گله گوشتی و 282 گله تخمگذار میباشند که به همراه تعدادی از جوجههای مشکوک دارای علایم پیش بالینی جهت بررسی ظاهری و ضایعات در لاشه جمع آوری گردیدند. اووسیتها از نمونههای مدفوع جدا و مورد بررسی ریخت شناسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده سه گونه آیمریا شامل تنلا، ماکسیما و آسرولینا در گلههای گوشتی به ترتیب به میزان 25.55% ، 31.39% و 14.77% و همچنین در گلههای تخمگذارعلاوه بر گونههای فوق آیمریا نکاتریکس نیز مشاهده شد که میزان آنها به ترتیب: 21.51%، 20.64%، 8.33% و 1.03% میباشند. این بررسی نشان داده که در این نواحی با توجه به شناسایی گونههای مذکور و فراوانی قابل توجه برخی از آنها علاوه بر کاربرد داروهای موثر علیه کوکسیدیوز مطالعه جهت استفاده از واکسن با تکیه برگونههای غالب در آینده مفید به نظر میرسد.

تاثیر مصرف اسانس آشامیدنی آویشن بر صفات عملکرد، سطح آنتیبادی بیماریهای ویروسی (نیوکاسل، آنفلوانزا، گامبورو و برونشیت) و فراسنجههای خونی در جوجههای گوشتی
به منظور بررسی تاثیر اسانس آشامیدنی آویشن بر صفات عملکرد، ایمنی و فراسنجههای خونی از تعداد 500 قطعه جوجه خروس در یک طرح آزمایشی کاملا تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد (سطح صفر)، و سطوح 1، 5/1 و 2 میلیلیتر اسانس آویشن در هر لیتر آب آشامیدنی بودند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل شاخصهای عملکردی، سطح سرمی آنتیبادی بیماریهای ویروسی و فراسنجههای خونی در سنین 21 و 42 روزگی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که صفات عملکردی و فراسنجههای خونی به طور معنیدار تحت تاثیر سطوح مختلف اسانس آویشن قرار گرفتند (05/0 >p). خوراک مصرفی، افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و بازده انرژی و پروتئین مصرفی تیمارهای دارای اسانس آویشن به طور معنیدار بهتر از شاهد بود (05/0 >p). تغییر غلظت آنتیبادی بیماریهای ویروسی در مقاطع 21 و 42 روزگی برای سطوح مختلف اسانس آویشن نسبت به شاهد معنیدار نبود (05/0 <p). سطوح مختلف اسانس آویشن در مقایسه با گروه شاهد باعث افزایش معنیدار غلظت هموگلوبین، درصد هماتوکریت و تعداد سلول های قرمز و سفید در هردو مقطع 21 و 42 روزگی شدند(05/0 >p). پیشنهاد میشود برای بهبود صفات عملکرد، ایمنی و فراسنجههای خونی از سطوح 5/1 یا 2 میلیلیتر اسانس آویشن در آب آشامیدنی جوجهها استفاده شود.

شناسایی اولین جدایههای باسیل پاراتوبرکلوزیس در بز و گوسفند از ناحیه مرکزی ایران
در این بررسی، بر روی نمونههای مدفوع دامهای مشکوک به بیماری پاراتوبرکلوزیز و نیز تعدادی از دامهای سالم منطقه سمیرم، بر اساس پروتکلهای مورد تایید OIE، عملیات کشت میکروبی در محیط هرولدز اگ با مایکوباکتین و نیز محیط هرولدز اگ بدون مایکوباکتین انجام گردید سپس کشتها در انکوباتور قرار داده شد و بطور هفتگی کنترل و ثبت اطلاعات انجام گردید. از کلنیهای رشد یافته، گسترش، رنگ آمیزی (ذیل–نلسون) و بررسی میکروسکوپیک بعمل آمد، سپس از نمونههای مثبت میکروسکوپی، کشت مجددساب کالچر شد و در نهایت آزمونهای مولکولار (PCR) بر روی نمونههای مثبت جهت تعیین شناسایی و هویت انجام شد. در طول انجام این بررسی تعداد 68 نمونه از بز و گوسفند منطقه سمیرم اخذ شد که90% آنها دارای نشانیهای بالینی مشکوک به بیماری یون بودند. در نهایت از 11 نمونه باسیل اسید فست یون جدا شد که پس از کشتهای مجدد و رسیدن به حجم مناسب باکتری، آزمون ملکولار زیر انجام گرفت. با استفاده از پرایمرهای IS900، مشخص شد که تمامی باسیلهای رشد کرده متعلق به جنس مایکوباکتریوم اویوم تحت گونه پاراتوبرکولوزیس میباشند که پس از الکتروفورز محصول PCR بر روی ژل و مشاهده باندی به اندازه bp 400 مورد تایید تشخیص نهائی قرار گرفت.

واکسن برونشیت عفونی طیور (IBV) یک واکسن ویروسی زنده تخفیف حدت یافته بوده که نسبت به تغییر شرایط محیطی حساس می باشد. پایدارکنندهها به منظور حفظ توانمندی و کارآیی واکسن، قبل از لیوفیلیزه شدن به مایع واکسن اضافه می شوند که منجر به حفظ پایداری واکسن در طی مراحل تهیه، نگهداری و تلقیح می شود. این تحقیق به منظور تعیین کارآیی چهار ترکیب پایدارکننده بر پایداری واکسن IBV پس از لیوفیلیزه شدن انجام شد. چهار پایدارکننده لاکتوز- لاکتالبومین (LL)، سوکروز- لاکتالبومین (LS)، لاکتوز-پپتون (LP) و ژلاتین- سوربیتول (GS) برای تهیه واکسن لیوفیلیزه شده مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. واکسنهای فرموله شده با پایدارکنندهها پس از لیوفیلیزاسیون عیار سنجی شدند و با عیار اولیه مایع واکسن مقایسه گردید. سپس طبق دستورالعمل OIE، برای تعیین پایداری تسریع شده، عیار واکسنها بعد از یک هفته انکوباسیون درºC 37 تعیین گردید. رطوبت واکسن پس از لیوفیلیزاسیون با روش کارل- فیشر اندازه گیری شد. همچنین برای تعیین پایداری طولانی مدت واکسن در ºC 4، برای مدت 3 سال و هر سه ماه یکبار عیارسنجی شدند. آزمایشهای فوق برای 3 سری واکسن تولید شده انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد واکسنهای لیوفیلیزه شده با پایدار کنندهها عیار قابل قبول را داشتند و میانگین رطوبت واکسنها در حدود قابل قبول (72/2-42/1%) بود. پس از یک هفته انکوباسیون واکسنها در °C 37 (پایداری تسریع شده)، واکسن با پایدارکننده لاکتوز-لاکتالبومین کمترین کاهش تیتر را داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در پایان دوره سه ساله نگهداری واکسنها در ºC 4، واکسن با پایدارکننده LL بالاترین عیار را داشت. بدین طریق به نظر میرسد ترکیب پایدارکننده لاکتوز-لاکتالبومین حفاظت خوبی در طی مرحله لیوفیلیزاسیون و همچنین نگهداری طولانی مدت در ºC 4 برای واکسن IBV فراهم مینماید.

اثر حفاظتی گل همیشه بهار در بروز آسیب کبدی ناشی از تتراکلرید کربن در جوجههای گوشتی
این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف عصاره روغنی گل همیشه بهار بر آنزیم های کبدی و تغییرات هیستوپاتولوژی بافت کبد جوجههای گوشتی طی یک دوره 42 روزه انجام گرفت.تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 در یک طرح کاملاَ تصادفی با پنج گروه و چهار تکرار و 10 پرنده در هر تکرار مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل گروه کنترل منفی (فاقد افزودنی عصاره گل همیشه بهار و تتراکلریدکربن)، کنترل مثبت {تتراکلریدکربن (یک میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) و فاقد افزودنی عصاره گل همیشه بهار}و سه تیمار دیگر شامل سطوح 150، 300 و 450 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره عصاره گل همیشه-بهار به همراه تتراکلریدکربن بود. فراسنجههای خون (SGOT و SGPT)، که در اثر تزریق تتراکلریدکربن، سطحشان در خون افزایش یافته بود، عصاره گل همیشه بهار توانست اثرات منفی ناشی از این ماده سمی را تقلیل دهد. وزن نسبی کبد در تیمارهایی که علاوه بر تتراکلریدکربن، سطوح مختلف عصاره گل همیشه بهار را دریافت کرده بودند، نسبت به تیمار دریافت کنندهی تتراکلریدکربن، بهصورت معنیداری پایین تربود (05/0>P.).در شاخصهای مربوط به سنجش سیستم ایمنی، سطح ایمنوگلوبولین G در تیماری که علاوه بر تتراکلریدکربن، سطح 300 میلیگرم عصاره گل همیشهبهار را دریافت کرده بودند نسبت به گروه کنترل منفی و غلطت 150 همیشه بهار بهصورت معنیداری بالاتر بود (05/0>P). در بررسی تغییرات هیستوپاتولوژی کبد، مشاهده شد که گروه کنترل مثبت از لحاظ وضعیت سیاهرگ مرکزی، هپاتوسیتها، سینوزوئیدها و تریادپورت بیشترین میزان آسیب بافتی و گروه کنترل منفی کمترین میزان آسیبدیدگی را داشتند. اما تیمارهایی که همراه با تتراکلریدکربن، عصارهی گل همیشه بهار را دریافت کرده بودند در مقایسه با گروه کنترل مثبت، بهبود بیشتری در بافت مشاهده شد (05/0>P). این نتایج نشان دهنده اثر حفاظتی عصاره گل همیشه بهار بر کبد می باشد که احتمالاً بواسطه فلاونویید های موجود در گیاه و توانایی آنها در مهار فعال سازی زیستی CCl4 و در نتیجه مهار فعالیت سیتوکروم P450 و اثر خنثی کنندگی رادیکالهای آزاد میباشد

بررسی وضعیت انتشار و استناد به تولیدات علمی سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی وب آو ساینس
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت انتشار و استناد به اطلاعات علمی تولید شده پژوهشگران سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی در62 موسسه و مرکز تحقیقاتی وابسته در پایگاه اطلاعاتی وب آو ساینس1 از سال1999 تا 2011 است. در این پژوهش، تولیدات علمی این سازمان بر اساس شاخصهای کمی و کیفی علمسنجی تجزیه و تحلیل شدهاند. این پژوهش در حوزه علمسنجی است و با توجه به گستردگی سوالات و اهداف پژوهش، از روشهای پیمایشی و تحلیل استنادی استفاده شده است. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد طی سالهای1999- 2011، پژوهشگران سازمان 2594 عنوان اثر علمی در پایگاه اطلاعاتی وب آو ساینس منتشر کردهاند و تولیدات علمی آنهاروند صعودی داشته است. پژوهشکده بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی با فراوانی 04/7 درصد بالاترین میزان تولیدات علمی را داشته است. بیشترین تولیدات علمی سازمان (3 درصد) در مجله ACTAHORTICULTURAE انتشار یافته است. فاطمه سفیدکن با 100 عنوان اثر علمی، به عنوان پرکارترین نویسنده و قاسم حسینی سالکده با تعداد 1338 استناد، و میانگین استناد 93/21، پراستنادترین نویسنده به شمار میرود. از نظر میزان همکاری، دانشگاه تهران با تعداد 384 عنوان مقاله و کشور آمریکا با تعداد 200 عنوان مقاله بیشترین مشارکت را در همتالیفی با پژوهشگران سازمان داشته است. تعداد کل استنادها به تولیدات علمی سازمان 10782 است و شاخص h در تولیدات علمی سازمان 36 است. علیرغم سیر صعودی در تعداد تولیدات علمی ثبت شده در این پایگاه اطلاعاتی، این تعداد رقم مناسبی برای سازمان به شمار نمیرود. بر اساس شاخصهای کیفی علمسنجی، کیفیت مقالات پژوهشکده بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی از دیگر واحدهای تابعه سازمان بالاتر است. لزوماً پژوهشگرانی که از نظر تعداد مقالات در رتبه خوبی قرار دارند، از نظر شاخصهای کیفی از جایگاه خوبی برخوردار نیستند.

موقعیتیابی ایمنوهیستوشیمی آروماتاز در بافت بیضه و غدد ضمیمه جنسی بز
هدف از این مطالعه موقعیتیابی ایمنوهیستوشیمی سیتوکروم آروماتاز P450 در دستگاه تناسلی بز نر بود. آروماتاز آنزیم نهایی است که آندروژنها را به استروژنها تبدیل میکند. در این تحقیق جستجو و موقعیتیابی آروماتاز با روش ایمنوهیستوشیمی (IHC) در بافت بیضه، اپیدیدیم، غده وزیکول سمینال و غده پروستات بز بومی با استفاده از آنتیبادی پلی کلونال آنتی آروماتاز بهعنوان آنتیبادی اولیه و آنتیبادی پلی کلونال ضد IgG موشی کونژوگه شده با HRP به عنوان آنتیبادی ثانویه انجام گرفت. نمونههای بیضه و غدد ضمیمه جنسی از 5 بز نر بومی سالم 2 تا 4 ساله (پس از کشتار دامها دستگاه تناسلی بهطور کامل جدا شده و از هر قسمت نمونههایی به ابعاد 1×5/0×5/0 سانتی متر گرفته شد) تهیه و برای آزمایش IHC در محلول بوئن نگهداری شدند. سپس طی مراحلی بلوکهای پارافینی و در نهایت مقاطع میکروسکوپی تهیه و آزمایش IHC جهت موقعیتیابی آروماتاز انجام شد. واکنش مثبت ایمنوپروکسیداز در مراحل اسپرماتوژنز، سلول لایدیگ، سلولهای اپیتلیال مجاری آوران اپیدیدیم و سیتوپلاسم سلولهای ترشحی غده وزیکول سمینال و غده پروستات مشاهده شد. یافتههای بدست آمده نشان میدهد که آروماتاز موجود در سلولهای مختلف بیضه و غدد ضمیمه جنسی آندروژنها را به استروژنها تبدیل کرده و ممکن است استروژنها بهطور موضعی فعالیتهای اتوکرین و پاراکرین در مجرای تولید مثلی داشته باشند.

مطالعه تأثیر گرسنگی بر شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی کبدی و ایمنی غیر اختصاصی بچه ماهی یلی خط کمانی (Terapon jarbua,Forsskal, 1775)
گونههای مختلف ماهیان میتوانند دوره محرومیت غذایی یا گرسنگی را با استفاده از فعالیت اکتسابی مکانیسمهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی که آنها را با شرایط نامناسب محیط سازگار میسازد، تحمل نمایند. مطالعه حاضر، به منظور بررسی اثر گرسنگی بر شاخص های بیوشیمیایی کبدی و ایمنی غیراختصاصی بچه ماهی یلی خط کمانی (Terapon jarbua, Forsskal, 1775) انجام شد. در این تحقیق،180 بچه ماهی یلی با میانگین (±انحراف معیار) طولی 21/0± 46/4 سانتیمتر و وزنی 30/0 ± 98/1گرم به دو گروه تغذیه شده و تغذیه نشده و سه تکرار (30 قطعه ماهی در هر تکرار) در مخازن پلاستیکی 60 لیتری مورد مقایسه و مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نمونهبرداری از کبد و ماهی در روز صفر و نیز هر هفته یکبار تا هفته چهارم پس از محرومیت غذایی انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان دهنده کاهش معنی دار سطح کلسترول و تری گلیسرید در گروه تغذیه نشده از هفته 2 محرومیت غذایی، در مقایسه با گروه تغذیه شده بود (05/0>p). از هفته 1 محرومیت غذایی، سطوح پروتئین تام و گلیکوژن بطور معنی داری در گروه تغذیه نشده کاهش یافت (05/0>p) و در پایان دوره آزمایش، سطح لیزوزیم در گروه تغذیه نشده بصورت معنیدار افزایش یافت (05/0>p). نتایج حاضر نشان میدهد که ماهی یلی خط کمانی میتواند با دوره 1 ماهه گرسنگی سازش یافته و از ذخایر گلیکوژن و چربی بعنوان منابع انرژی استفاده نماید.
