The data were collected by frequent reference to the hatchery and the total of fertile eggs and hatched eggs from broiler breeder flocks with different ages was recorded; moreover, unhatched eggs were thoroughly investigated. In this period, 2402605 fertile eggs were examined, out of which 2372604 eggs were hatched, whereas 30001 eggs (1.248 %) were unhatched and discarded for abnormalities. The lowest and the highest average percentage of fertile eggs rejection concerned those 28 and 32 weeks old and those older than 52 weeks, respectively. September had the highest average percentage of discarded eggs. Twelve types of abnormality were identified for the discarded eggs. The abnormalities include cracked shells (32.03%), malformed shells (21.02%), very large size eggs (13.04%), broken shells (11.56%), very small eggs (6.50%), dirty shells (5.47%), thin shells (3.46%), bloody shells (2.55%), cuticle-free shells (1.74%), wrinkled (corrugated) shells (1.39%), calcium splash (chalky deposit) (0.78%) and color change in shells (0.39%). According to the results of this study, cracked shells and malformed shells constituted the most common abnormalities (53.05% and 0.661%, respectively) out of the total condemned eggs and fertile eggs. The results of this study showed that age of flocks and heat stress were the most significant causes of egg abnormalities.}, keywords = {Fertile eggs,Abnormalities,Hatchery,Namin}, title_fa = {بررسی علل حذف تخم‌مرغ‌های نطفه‌دار در کارخانه جوجه‌کشی شهرستان نمین، استان اردبیل}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این مطالعه تعیین علل حذف تخم‌مرغ‌های نطفه‌دار در کارخانه جوجه‌کشی شهرستان نمین، استان اردبیل طی مدت شش ماه اول سال 1395می‌باشد. بدین منظور، با مراجعه مکرر به کارخانه جوجه‌کشی، کل میزان تخم‌مرغ‌های ارسالی و قابل جوجه‌کشی از مزارع مرغ مادر گوشتی با سنین متفاوت ثبت و تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی به دقت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از تعداد 2402605 عدد تخم‌مرغ مورد بررسی در طی این مدت، تعداد 2372604 تخم‌مرغ قابل جوجه‌کشی بودند، درحالی که تعداد 30001 تخم‌مرغ با 248/1% در اثر ناهنجاری‌های پوسته حذف شدند. کمترین و ببیشترین میانگین درصد تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی به طور معنی‌دار در سنین 28 تا 32 هفته و بیشتر از 52 هفته مشاهده گردید. شهریور ماه در مقایسه با سایر ماه‌ها بیشترین میانگین درصد تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی را داشت. 12 نوع ناهنجاری برای تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی شناسایی گردید که از کل تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی، 03/32% مربوط به پوسته ترک خورده؛ 02/21% مربوط به پوسته بد شکل؛ 04/13% مربوط به تخم‌مرغ خیلی بزرگ؛ 56/11% مربوط به تخم‌مرغ شکسته؛ 50/6% مربوط به تخم‌مرغ خیلی کوچک؛ 47/5% مربوط به پوسته کثیف؛ 46/3% مربوط به پوسته نازک؛ 55/2% مربوط به پوسته خونی؛ 74/1% مربوط به پوسته فاقد کوتیکول؛ 39/1% مربوط به پوسته چین و چروک‌دار؛ 78/0% مربوط به پوسته آهکی و 39/0% مربوط به تغییر رنگ پوسته بود. بیشترین ناهنجاری‌ها مربوط به پوسته‌های ترک خورده و بد شکل بود که میزان 05/53 درصد و 661/0 درصد به ترتیب از کل تخم‌مرغ‌های حذفی و تخم‌مرغ‌های ارسالی را تشکیل می‌دهند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عمده‌ترین عوامل تاثیر گذار در بروز ناهنجاری‌های تخم‌مرغ تنش گرمایی و سن گله‌ها می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {تخم‌مرغ نطفه‌دار,ناهنجاری,کارخانه جوجه‌کشی,نمین}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_113457.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_113457_9c9a73bd241f4f7423dc78ff84e2f9ba.pdf} }
