The breed of cows was from Holstein and the body condition scores were average moderate.A 5 ml blood and 10 gram liver were prepared during the slaughtering of cows. The fat content of all the liver samples was estimated by an extraction method (Soxhlet). Blood biochemical parameters were evaluated by the current laboratory methods. Mean percentage of liver dry matter for overall was 29.7%, liver fat was 1.1 mg/gram liver and percentage of fat in liver dry matter was 3.67%. There were no age and sex differences between parameters. Mean blood biochemical values between male and female calves were not significant, thus, by combinations of results the overall mean for glucose, urea, TG, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and BHB were 49.4, 27.1, 38.1, 9.18, 2.92, 4.8mg/dl and 0.53 mmol/l, respectively. The values were all at the recommended references for parameters. Age differences for the fat content of liver and blood parameters were also showed not significant among them. Correlation between liver fat and blood biochemical parameters were also revealed no significant correlations between them, while significant positive correlations were observed among blood macro-minerals and glucose/triglycerides. Thus, it can be concluded that in the absence of subclinical liver lipidosis there is no correlations between liver fat and or blood biochemical parameters in cows.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {ارزیابی لیپیدوز کبدی و ارتباط آن با برخی از شاخص های بیوشیمیائی خون در گاوهای کشتاری ارومیه}, abstract_fa = {مقادیر ماده خشک کبد، چربی کبد و میزان چربی در ماده خشک کبد گاوها با توجه به جنس و سن با غلظت گلوکز، اجسام ستونی، اوره، تری گلیسرید، کلسیم، منیزیم و فسفر به منظور تعیین نشانگان پیش بالینی کبد چرب در 114 گاو شامل 41 راس غیرآبستن، 7 راس آبستن، 18 راس تلیسه و 48 راس نر بررسی گردید. نژاد گاوها هلشتاین و وضعیت بدنی میانگین متوسط بود. مقدار 5 میلی لیتر خون و 10 گرم بافت کبد در طی کشتار برداشت گردیدند. محتویات چرب کبدها با یک روش استخراج (سوکسله) ارزیابی شدند. شاخص های بیوشیمیایی خون با روش های رایج آزمایشگاهی سنجیده شدند. میانگین درصد ماده خشک کبد در مجموع 7/29درصد، چربی کبد 1/1 میلی گرم در گرم کبد و میزان چربی در ماده خشک کبد 67/3درصد بود. اختلافات سنی و جنسی بین شاخص ها وجود ندارد. میانگین مقادیر بیوشیمیایی خون بین گاوهای نر و ماده معنی دار نیستند، بنابراین با ترکیب نتایج میانگین کلی گلوکز، اوره، تری گلیسیرید، کلسیم، منیزیم، فسفر و اجسام کتونی به ترتیب 4/49، 1/27، 1/38، 81/9، 92/2، 8/4 میلی گرم در دسی لیتر و 53/0 میلی مول در لیتر می باشند. مقادیر شاخص ها همه در منابع مربوطه هستند.نتایج میانگین میزان  چربی تفاوت های سنی برای اجزای چرب کبد و شاخص های خون نیز اختلاف معنی داری را نشان ندادند. بین چربی کبد با شاخص های بیوشیمیائی خون ارتباط معنی داری وجود ندارد در صورتی که ارتباطات مثبت معنی دار در میان عناصر بزرگ خون و گلوکز/تری گلیسریدها مشاهده می شود. بنابراین نتیجه گرفته شد که در نبود نشانگان پیش بالینی کبد چرب ارتباطات مهمی بین چربی کبد و شاخص های بیو شیمیایی خون در گاوها وجود ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101066.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101066_924403c275e5f5da1c2e93ddd2fc265a.pdf} }
