For histopathological diagnosis of Klossiella muris infection, kidneys of 24 mice were studied that Klossiella in various stages of development were observed in the renal tubules of 4 (16.66%). The cytoplasm of infected tubular epithelial cell was markedly distended and the nucleus was displaced to one side of the cell. In some instances, however, tubular epithelium was not discernible and the parasite seemed to lie in a cystic space. Small focal infiltrations of lymphocytes, plasma cells in the interstitium of the cortex and renal tubular epithelial cell degeneration and necrosis were seen in association with the parasite in some sections. The parasite was identified as Klossiella muris based on host species, affected organ and morphological appearance. Due to the presence of Klossiella muris and its potential ability in creating histopathological lesions and reducing immune responses against different antigens, to prevent adverse effects and obtaining false results in different studies, sanitation during mice breeding is recommended and emphasized.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {عفونت Klossiella muris در موش‌های آزمایشگاهی}, abstract_fa = {  K.muris در حالت طبیعی غیر بیماریزا بوده ولی در آلودگی های شدید با این تک یاخته، کانون های نکروزه و کوچک متمایل به خاکستری در سراسر سطح کلیه دیده می شود و سلول های بافت پوششی لوله های کلیه درگیر ممکن است تخریب گردد.  جهت تشخیص هیستوپاتولوژی عفونت تک یاخته K.muris ،  کلیه های 24 موش آزمایشگاهی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت که مراحل مختلف تکاملی تک یاخته کلوسیلا در لوله های کلیه چهار موش (66/16 درصد) از 24 موش، مشاهده شد. سیتوپلاسم سلول اپیتلیومی آلوده شده بسیار متسع بود و هسته آن به یک طرف سلول جابجا شده بود. با وجود این، در برخی موارد بافت پوششی لوله مشخص نبود و به نظر می رسید که انگل در داخل یک فضای کیستی قرار داشت. کانون های کوچکی از نفوذ لنفوسیت ها و پلاسما سل ها در بافت بینابینی کورتکس کلیه و نکروز و دی جنره شن سلول های پوششی لوله های کلیه در ارتباط با انگل در برخی مقاطع بافت شناسی مشاهده شد. بر اساس گونه میزبان، ارگان درگیر شده و تظاهر مرفولوژیک، به عنوان K.muris شناخته شد. با توجه به حضور تک یاخته K.muris و پتانسیل بالقوه این تک یاخته در بوجود آوردن ضایعات آسیب شناسی و کاهش پاسخ ایمنی در برابر آنتی ژن های مختلف، رعایت شرایط بهداشتی در پرورش موش ها تاکید می گردد تا از اثرات کاذب کلوسیلا در تحقیقات پیشگیری نمود. }, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101009.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101009_792307e71ad0d156ad103247fd96b3fb.pdf} }
